Can I sign a lease for just the spring semester?

Yes. Spring leases at Charleston Mills run from January 1 to July 19, 2027. You sign directly with Charleston Mills, so it's a real lease, not a sublease from another student.

When does a spring lease start and end?

Spring leases start January 1, 2027 and end July 19, 2027. If you need to move in before January, ask our leasing team about immediate move-ins.

How much is rent on a spring lease?

Is a spring lease an individual lease?

Yes. Every bedroom at Charleston Mills has its own individual lease, so you're only responsible for your own rent.

Can I stay at Charleston Mills for the 2027–28 school year?

Yes. Spring residents can renew their lease for the fall 2027 leasing season, so you can stay put instead of moving again in August.

Are spring lease homes furnished?

Homes at Charleston Mills are leased unfurnished, so you can bring your own furniture and make your room your own.

Can I take the bus to campus?

Yes. Charleston Mills is 2.8 miles from Texas A&M and has its own stop on the Texas A&M bus route (Route 41, Good Bull).

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome at Charleston Mills.
